  2. Using a tablespoon, scoop out approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a small sphere between your palms. Place the formed protein bites onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Once heated, place the baking sheet in the oven and allow the protein bites to bake for about 10-12 minutes until they turn a light golden color and are firm.
