- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

- Chop the leftover turkey into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, mashed potatoes, onion, celery, and garlic.
- Spread 3/4 cup of gravy evenly in the baking dish. Fill each pasta shell with the turkey mixture and place in the dish.
- Top the shells with the remaining stuffing, pour gravy over, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
