Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until fully combined.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and reserve marinade. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
  5. Slice the chicken, spoon hot cooked rice into bowls, and arrange the chicken on top. Garnish with broccoli, carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.
