- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, add rotini pasta, and cook for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Make the Vinaigrette: Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Prepare Salad Ingredients: Chop salami and pepperoni, halve cherry tomatoes, slice olives and red onion, and chop basil.
- Combine and Chill: Add cooled pasta to prepared ingredients, drizzle with vinaigrette, and toss to coat. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
