Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the Granny Smith apples. Core and dice them into bite-sized pieces, about ½ inch thick. Place in a medium bowl and sprinkle with ground cinnamon, tossing until coated.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the cinnamon-coated apples with half of the caramel sauce. Stir gently and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until apples are tender but slightly firm.
  3. Layer crushed graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of serving cups, then add the warm apple mixture.
  4. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the warm apple layer in each cup.
  5. Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of each cup.
  6. Enjoy immediately while warm, or chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
