- Wash and peel the Granny Smith apples. Core and dice them into bite-sized pieces, about ½ inch thick. Place in a medium bowl and sprinkle with ground cinnamon, tossing until coated.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the cinnamon-coated apples with half of the caramel sauce. Stir gently and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until apples are tender but slightly firm.
- Layer crushed graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of serving cups, then add the warm apple mixture.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the warm apple layer in each cup.
- Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of each cup.
- Enjoy immediately while warm, or chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
