Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares. Place in muffin cups.
  3. Slice the brie cheese into 12 equal pieces and place one slice on each puff pastry square.
  4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of peach preserves over each brie slice.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 11 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the brie is bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm on a platter.
