Ingredients

For the Sliders
  • 12 count King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns Substitutable with other types of slider buns
  • 1 pound Fried Chicken Tenders Can use grilled or baked chicken for a healthier alternative
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon Feel free to use turkey bacon for a lighter option
  • 6 slices Pepper Jack Cheese Can be replaced with cheddar, Gouda, or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Honey Mustard Store-bought or homemade; extra honey mustard is great for dipping
For the Fresh Toppings
  • 1 count Avocado Optional: can also include spinach for added greens
  • 6 count Cherry Tomatoes Any fresh tomato variety can work
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Salt Regular salt can be used, but flaky salt provides a better texture

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Broiler
  • Mixing bowl

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the King's Hawaiian pretzel slider buns in half and arrange them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Distribute slices of Pepper Jack cheese evenly over each bun half. Sprinkle crumbled cooked bacon on top.
  3. Broil for about 3–5 minutes, keeping a close eye on it until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  4. Chop the fried chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces. Toss with honey mustard until well-coated.
  5. Layer a generous scoop of honey mustard chicken onto the bottom half of each bun. Top with avocado cubes and cherry tomato halves.
  6. Place the top halves of the pretzel buns onto the sliders and serve with extra honey mustard on the side for dipping.
