Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, keeping triangles spaced apart.
  3. Place a slice of deli roast beef and a piece of provolone cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up each crescent from the wide end towards the narrow point, tucking in the edges as you go.
  5. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
  6. Prepare the Au Jus gravy according to the package directions.
  7. Serve warm with Au Jus for dipping.
