Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine shredded cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, sour cream, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread half of the crushed Doritos evenly in the bottom of your prepared baking dish, then pour the creamy chicken mixture on top and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Doritos over the chicken mixture, then add the rest of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
