Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gently wash medium fresh strawberries under cold water and ensure they are fully dry.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, measure out semi-sweet chocolate chips and heat them in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Once the chocolate is melted, dip each strawberry into the silky chocolate, coating thoroughly.
  4. Press two mini pretzels into the base of each strawberry for legs; place a piece of candy corn on top for the beak.
  5. Optionally, melt white chocolate to create eyes on each strawberry.
  6. Chill the completed turkeys in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
