Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Toss chicken with poultry seasoning until evenly coated and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Melt unsalted butter in a small bowl, mixing in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Spread the garlic butter mixture on Italian-style loaf halves and toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously, and add shredded Parmesan cheese, simmering for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted garlic bread halves, layer on cooked chicken pieces, and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese. Drizzle remaining Alfredo sauce on top.
  5. Place the assembled garlic bread back in the oven for 5 minutes until the mozzarella cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove and let it cool slightly before slicing.
