Preparation

- In a bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- In another bowl, blend oil, plant-based milk, eggs, and pumpkin puree until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- For icing, melt plant-based butter and mix in brown sugar and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the icing over the cooled loaf.
