Preparation

  4. Pour the blended carrot mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and fold gently until incorporated.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness. Let cool in pan for 15 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  8. In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla. Stir until thickened and bubbling.
