  • 1 batch Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade
For the Garlic Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped Dried herbs can be used instead
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Can substitute with olive oil

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
  3. Take each strip of dough and tie it into a knot, tucking the ends slightly. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter and stir in minced garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture over each knot, reserving some for later.
  6. Bake the knots for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and brush with remaining garlic butter. Let cool slightly before serving.
