  4. Gently fold the toasted sesame seeds into the bubbling honey mixture, stirring for another 5 minutes.
  5. Carefully pour the hot mixture onto the prepared sheet pan, spreading it out evenly and flattening to your desired thickness.
  6. Allow the pan to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes to firm up, then slice into bars or squares.
