- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your baking sheet lightly with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- Unroll the fresh crescent dough and cut it into 8 equal rectangles.
- Lay a piece of deli ham and a cheddar cheese stick on each rectangle of dough, then roll and seal tightly.
- Mix together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced onion, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
- Brush the mixture evenly over each rolled Ham and Cheese Stick.
- Arrange the sticks on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a minute before serving warm.
