  • 3 cups Popcorn freshly popped
  • 3 cups Pretzels gluten-free options
  • 1 cup Dry Roasted Peanuts or omit for nut allergies
Coating
  • 1 cup Dairy-Free White Chocolate or dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil preferably naturally refined
Decoration
  • 1/2 cup Christmas Sprinkles optional for decoration

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex mix, popcorn, pretzels, and dry roasted peanuts. Toss together gently.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dairy-free white chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the snack mixture in the large bowl. Stir gently until well-coated.
  4. Fold in the Christmas sprinkles or any desired mix-ins, and stir until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the chocolate-coated mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet and allow it to set.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
  7. Break the chilled mixture into pieces of your desired size.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
