- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the vanilla extract and drained zucchini.
- Gradually stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
