Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Opt for pure extract
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream Gently folded in
Garnishing
  • 1/2 cup Additional Fruity Cereal For topping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Fruity Pebbles and melted unsalted butter, stirring until well coated. Firmly pack into taco-shaped molds, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing for about 2 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream to maintain an airy texture.
  4. Remove the cereal shells from the molds and fill each with the cheesecake filling.
  5. Sprinkle with additional Fruity Pebbles and serve immediately or chill for a firmer option.
