 - Mash 2-3 ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
 - Mix in 2 cups of rolled oats, 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until combined.
 - Prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
