  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 bag Cheese Ravioli fresh or frozen
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Spaghetti Sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease your baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat, then add garlic and spaghetti sauce; simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with seasonings until smooth and creamy.
  4. Layer half of the cheese ravioli in the greased baking dish, followed by half of the meat sauce, half of the ricotta mixture, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
