  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder Dutch-process for richness
  • 1/4 cup Ground Hemp Seeds Can substitute with other seeds or nuts
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Optional for flavor depth
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9x6-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large food processor, blend cooked sweet potatoes, ripe bananas, and plant-based milk until smooth.
  3. Add ground oats, sugar, cocoa powder, hemp seeds, cinnamon (if using), and baking powder to the wet mixture; blend until thick.
  4. Transfer brownie batter to the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until edges are firm and a toothpick comes out almost clean.
  6. Allow brownies to cool for 20-30 minutes, then slice into bars.
