Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix until integrated.
  3. Form meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs, bake for 15 to 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Prepare cooked white rice according to package instructions.
  6. Combine halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives in a medium bowl.
  7. Let the meatballs rest for a few minutes after baking.
  8. Assemble the Greek Meatball Bowl by layering rice, vegetable mix, and meatballs.
  9. Drizzle tzatziki sauce and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
