Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Combine dressing ingredients in a small jar, secure the lid, and shake until emulsified.
  4. In a large bowl, add arugula, half of the feta, cranberries, and red onion, then crumble in half the prosciutto. Drizzle some dressing, toss gently.
  5. Transfer the salad to a platter, top with remaining feta and prosciutto, and drizzle more dressing before serving.
