Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken with cajun seasoning and let it sit for about 20 minutes.
  3. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then cook diced onion, broccoli, and bell pepper for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Cook seasoned chicken in the same skillet for about 3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. In the skillet, melt the remaining butter, add garlic and tomatoes, then pour in the heavy cream and broth, stirring in cajun seasoning and parmesan until creamy.
  6. Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  7. Mix pasta, chicken, veggies, and sauce in a bowl, then transfer to a greased baking dish, topping with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
