- Wash the seedless grapes thoroughly under cold running water.
 - Remove grapes from their stems and place them in a large bowl.
 - Pour the bottle of Prosecco over the grapes, ensuring they are submerged. Soak for at least 15 minutes.
 - Drain the grapes using a colander, retaining some moisture.
 - Spread out black, orange, and purple sanding sugars onto separate plates.
 - Roll each wet grape in the sanding sugar until evenly coated.
 - Place coated grapes on a parchment-lined sheet pan to dry for 5 to 10 minutes.
 - Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container until serving.
