- Begin by toasting your bread slices lightly in a toaster or on a skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until they're golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a fork until smooth, then add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Take one slice of toasted bread and generously spread the mashed avocado mixture on one side.
- Layer the thinly sliced cucumbers on top of the avocado spread, arranging them in a circular pattern.
