Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a large skillet over medium heat. Add sesame oil and season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F). Remove and let cool before slicing.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey until combined. Adjust sweetness or acidity as preferred.
  3. Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces, shred carrots, and slice green onions.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, and sliced chicken. Drizzle dressing over and toss until well coated.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro. Serve immediately to enjoy freshness.
