Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the sweet corn by thawing frozen corn or cooking fresh corn in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and cool.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
