Ingredients

Filling
  • 1 cup Crab Meat Can substitute with imitation crab
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter option
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Can substitute with Pecorino or any hard cheese
  • 2 table spoons Green Onions Chives can be used for a milder taste
  • 1 table spoon Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard works too or can be omitted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Can swap in fresh minced garlic for more flavor
  • 1 table spoon Old Bay Seasoning Can use any seafood seasoning blend
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce can serve as an alternative
  • Salt and Pepper To taste
Dough
  • 1 package Crescent Roll Dough Puff pastry can be substituted
  • Cooking Spray Using parchment paper is a great alternative

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Fork or spatula

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by greasing it with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll your crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. Press seams gently to prevent gaps.
  4. Place about one tablespoon of the crab filling on the wide end of each triangle, then roll from the wide end to the pointed tip, sealing the filling inside.
  5. Arrange the rolled Crab Bombs on the prepared baking sheet, pointed ends facing down, ensuring they're spaced apart.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven until the dough is golden brown.
  7. Allow the Crab Bombs to cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm.
