Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the fresh carrots, then create long, flat ribbons using a vegetable peeler or spiralizer.
  2. Fill a medium pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place a steamer basket over the pot without touching the boiling water.
  3. Place the carrot ribbons into the steamer basket when the water is boiling, cover, and steam for about 3 minutes.
  4. Melt 2 tablespoons of ghee in a saucepan over low heat, add rosemary and sea salt, and let it infuse for 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer the steamed carrot ribbons to a mixing bowl, drizzle with rosemary butter, and toss to coat.
