  • 4 slices Bread Whole grain, brioche, or sourdough recommended
  • 2 tbsp Butter Softened for easy spreading

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the brie cheese and apple thinly for even melting. Set cranberry sauce aside.
  2. Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread. Layer brie cheese, apple slices, and cranberry sauce on the unbuttered side and top with the other slice, buttered side facing up.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove sandwiches, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired. Cut in half and serve.
