Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine old-fashioned rolled oats, milk, and yogurt. Stir the mixture for about 1-2 minutes until thoroughly blended.
  2. If desired, drizzle in your sweetener and mix again until incorporated, about 30 seconds.
  3. Sprinkle in crushed graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows into the oat base and gently fold them in.
  4. Divide the mixture into two jars, layering with extra graham crackers, chocolate chips, and marshmallows if desired.
  5. Cover each jar and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Serve directly from the jar or transfer to a bowl, topping with more chocolate chips and mini marshmallows if desired.
