- In a medium mixing bowl, combine old-fashioned rolled oats, milk, and yogurt. Stir the mixture for about 1-2 minutes until thoroughly blended.
- If desired, drizzle in your sweetener and mix again until incorporated, about 30 seconds.
- Sprinkle in crushed graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows into the oat base and gently fold them in.
- Divide the mixture into two jars, layering with extra graham crackers, chocolate chips, and marshmallows if desired.
- Cover each jar and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve directly from the jar or transfer to a bowl, topping with more chocolate chips and mini marshmallows if desired.
