  3. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt before gradually adding it to the wet mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared springform pan and spread it evenly for even baking.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly set.
  8. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before removing the sides of the springform pan.
