Cooking Instructions

  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally press into the crushed pretzels. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes until the crust is golden brown and chicken is cooked through, reaching 165°F (74°C).
  5. Heat milk in a saucepan and whisk in cheese, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth for the mustard-cheddar sauce.
  6. Optionally broil the chicken for an additional 2 minutes for extra crispiness, watching carefully.
