Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with avocado oil, add salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Spread the wings in a single layer on the rack.
  4. Bake the wings for 45-50 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce until well blended.
  6. Once the wings are baked, coat them in the honey mustard sauce and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
