Preparation Steps
  1. Press the Tofu: Wrap the tofu in kitchen towels and place a heavy object on top. Let it sit for 30-60 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Tofu: Unwrap and cut tofu into 1-inch cubes. Set aside.
  3. Coat in Cornstarch: Toss tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  4. Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce: Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  5. Fry the Tofu: Heat cooking oil in a skillet and fry tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Combine Tofu and Sauce: Pour sauce over fried tofu and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional minute.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Transfer tofu to a platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
