  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
For Frying
  • 2 cups Oil for Frying Vegetable or Canola
For Dipping
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your fresh mushrooms by cleaning them with a damp cloth and slicing into 1/4 inch thick pieces.
  2. Set up your dredging station with flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with spices in a third.
  3. Coat each mushroom slice in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable or canola oil to 350°F (175°C) in a frying pan or deep fryer.
  5. Fry mushroom slices in small batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain the fried mushrooms on paper towels and serve warm with ranch dressing.
