  • 8 oz Cream Cheese full-fat for best texture
  • 8 oz Imitation Crab or real crab, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green Onion finely minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or ½ clove fresh garlic minced
Crescent Roll Assembly
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry thawed to room temperature
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour for dusting
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter for brushing
  • as needed Cooking Spray for greasing the baking sheet

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix cream cheese, imitation crab, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Dust your work surface with all-purpose flour, unfold and cut the puff pastry into three strips, then into triangles for the filling.
  4. Place 2-3 teaspoons of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll them up, seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 20-23 minutes until golden brown.
