  • 2 breasts Chicken sliced into strips
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce or soy sauce for a low-sodium option
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced or ground
For the Asian Slaw
  • 4 cups Coleslaw Mix or homemade with shredded cabbage and carrots
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave nectar
For the Taco Shells and Garnishes
  • 12 pieces Wonton Wrappers or egg roll wrappers
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped

Cooking Steps
  1. Marinate the chicken by combining teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, low sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger in a mixing bowl. Coat the chicken strips and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Shape the wonton wrappers over an inverted muffin tin and bake for 7-9 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of olive oil for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Prepare the slaw by mixing coleslaw mix and sliced green onions, then whisk together the dressing ingredients and combine them.
  5. Assemble the tacos with cooked chicken, slaw, drizzle of sweet chili sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.
