  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
For the Optional Finish
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese Optional; nutritional yeast can be used for vegan.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash zucchinis under cool running water and slice into ¼-inch thick rounds.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add zucchini slices to the bowl and toss to ensure they are fully coated with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  6. If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over zucchini during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  7. Remove from air fryer, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm.
