Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting boneless, skinless breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches each.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook the chicken bites in the air fryer for approximately 10 to 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Check that chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F / 75°C) and golden brown.
  8. Remove the chicken from the fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
