  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese substitute with vegan cheese for dairy-free
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning adjust to taste
For the Garnish
  • Optional Garnishes fresh parsley or green onions

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook until al dente, around 8-10 minutes. Reserve about a cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Proteins: In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat, add chicken and sausage, cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, add onion and bell peppers, sauté for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. Make Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, stir, and sprinkle in Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer and add Parmesan, stirring until melted.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Toss in cooked pasta with chicken and sausage, mixing thoroughly. Add reserved pasta water to achieve desired sauce consistency.
  6. Serve: Plate the dish, garnishing with parsley or green onions. Best enjoyed immediately.
