  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then simmer gently.
  5. Gradually stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and sauce is creamy.
  6. Return browned kielbasa to the skillet, ensuring it's well-coated in the sauce. Heat together for another minute.
