Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by placing about one cup of pitted Kalamata olives into a food processor. Blend the olives for approximately 5 seconds until they are roughly chopped.
  2. Using a spatula, scrape down the sides of the food processor’s bowl to gather the chopped olives back into the center.
  3. Add in about 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, one teaspoon of dried onion, half a teaspoon of garlic powder, and a couple of tablespoons of reserved olive brine to the processor.
  4. Blitz the mixture for another 5 seconds. After that, pause to scrape down the sides once more. Then, blend again until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  5. Transfer your delicious Kalamata Olive Dip into a serving bowl and serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks.
