Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by adding your pitted Kalamata olives to a food processor. Blitz them for about 5 seconds until roughly chopped.
  2. Add softened cream cheese, garlic powder, dried onion, and a splash of reserved olive brine to the food processor. Blitz the mixture for another 5 seconds.
  3. Blend the entire mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Adjust texture with more olive brine if necessary.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, garnish if desired, and serve immediately with pita chips or crackers.
