Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux, cooking until smooth.
  4. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until thickened and bubbling.
  5. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Fold in chicken and spaghetti.
  6. Gently fold in mushrooms and half of the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
