For the Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half plus a bit of flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese Can substitute with Pecorino Romano
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Can swap with provolone for variety

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the chicken by tossing small pieces in olive oil and poultry seasoning, then cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Prep the garlic bread by preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C), melting butter, mixing in garlic and spices, and spreading over a halved Italian loaf.
  3. Make the Alfredo sauce by melting more butter in the skillet, adding minced garlic, heavy cream, and Parmesan, simmering until thickened for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Assemble by spreading half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted bread, adding chicken, and topping with mozzarella before drizzling remaining sauce.
  5. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly before slicing and serving warm.
