Method
 

Instructions
  1. Boil the water in a saucepan or kettle over medium-high heat.
  2. Steep the black tea bag in the boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes.

  4. Whisk the milk vigorously for about 30 seconds until frothy.
  5. Remove the tea bag from the mug.
  6. Pour the warmed milk into the steeped tea.
  7. Add cherry syrup and vanilla syrup, stirring gently.
  8. If desired, add a drizzle of honey to taste.
  9. Top with whipped cream if using.
