Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in diced tomatoes with juices and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and pepper if desired.
